The Todd Venue is a newly remodeled event space available for weddings, parties, and business functions of all kinds. The building’s main banquet room is approximately 1,800 square feet and can accommodate up to 110 seated guests, depending on the table configuration. 20 48-inch tables and 100 white folding chairs are included in the rental agreement, along with four 6-foot rectangular tables.
The bar area is about 500 square feet (depending on configuration) and includes 20 bar stools and 4 high tops.
Bathrooms are newly constructed and ADA-compliant.
There is ample parking for up to 50 cars.
A prep room is available with counter space and two standard-size refrigerators. There is also a cooler in the bar area for beverages. The Todd Venue does not have a stove or ovens.
In the summer months, use of the grounds is available, and there is a patio on the north side of the building.
